Our monthly packages provide structured support to keep your practice running smoothly! Each package includes a set number of dedicated hours for administrative tasks, client communication, and other essential operations.
Retainer fees are due on the 1st of each month to reserve time in your assistant’s schedule. Minutes are billed exactly, with no rounding. Unused hours roll over into the following month and must be used by December 31 of the current year. Hours do not carry over into the following year. If you exceed your package hours, additional time is billed at your plan’s rate. We can also adjust your plan as needed to match your workload.
You can check in with your VA at any time throughout the month to see where you are with your hours and tasks. Your VA will also notify you when you are close to reaching your package’s dedicated hours. From there, you can decide whether you’d like them to stop at the exact hour or continue working with additional hours billed at your plan’s rate. At the end of each month, you’ll receive a detailed summary of how your hours were used.
